Terms and conditions for Hilltop Haven B & B

Tariff
  R290 per person per night  for shared occupancy (includes breakfast)
  R340 per person per night for single occupancy (includes breakfast)
 
 

Payment
  Deposit A 50% deposit is required at time of booking payable by bank transfer
  Balance Payable by cash or bank transfer on or before arrival
  Please note we do not accept credit cards for deposit or balance payments
Check in/out times
  Check in after 14:00
  Check out before 11:00
Smoking
  Smoking is NOT permitted in any bedrooms or the dining room at meal times but is permitted in the dining room at other times
Children
  No children under the age of 12. Children over 12 charged as adults
Pets
  Well behaved dogs are allowed subject to availability and the following conditions:-
  • We accept dogs subject to availability as we only use the outside twin-bedded room for dogs and their owners.
  • We realise that, being in a new and strange environment your dogs may not be as well-behaved as they are at home. However, please do your best to keep your dogs under reasonable control.
  • Please clean up any mess your dogs make in the garden.
  • Dogs are NOT allowed in the dining area at meal times.
  • Dogs are not allowed on ANY furniture
  • Dogs MUST be tick and flea free and have an UP TO DATE rabies vaccination
  • There is no extra charge so please bring dogs your own food and bedding
  • Please don't expect us to be pet sitters for you. We love animals, but we just don't have the time to look after your pets. There are kennels in the area that cater for day care if you aren't able to take your dogs with you when you go out.
Cancellation charges
  0-7 days before arrival 0% of deposit refunded
  7-14 days before arrival 25% of deposit refunded
  14-21 days before arrival 50% of deposit refunded
  21+ days before arrival 70% of deposit refunded
